Tuner Elevator Generator

The generated Elevator subsystem assumes WPILib command based, but can trivially be adopted for non-FRC by removing the WPILib references.

Under the Mechanisms page in Tuner X is the Elevator Generator. This utility guides the user through determining the necessary constants and configurations for a working Elevator subsystem.
